怎么更换发电机润滑油和机油滤清器
对于康明斯柴油机，每运转250h或3个月，应更换柴油机润滑油及机油滤清器。更换润滑油时，先将柴油机温度提升至60℃，此时润滑油温度升高，润滑油中的污染物处于悬浮状态，污染物就比较彻底的随油流出、污油放净后，检查、清洁并装复放油螺塞。
更换机油滤清器时，应先清洁机油滤清器外部，然后用专用工具拆下滤清器。安装新的滤清器时，先将接合面擦干净，将洁净的润滑油注入新滤清器。然后在滤清器密封垫圈表面涂一层润滑油，用手旋装滤清器，待密封垫圈与缸体接合时，再用力拧紧3/4圈。注意：过紧地装复滤清器，将使螺栓变形或降低滤清器密封垫圈的性能。康明斯柴油机的机油滤清器按机型有四缸、六缸之分，换下的机油滤清器要报废，机滤和润滑油要一起更换。
旧润滑油放净及机油滤清器装复后，将清洁的润滑油注入柴油机至标准的油面高度。起动柴油机，在怠速运转的情况下，检查滤清器和放油螺栓处是否漏油停机后等待5～10min，待润滑油流入油底壳，再检查油面高度是否处于“L-H”标记之间。

When the old lubricating oil is released and the oil filter is refitted, the clean lubricating oil is injected into the diesel engine to the standard oil level. Diesel engine starting, idling in the case, check the filter and oil drain bolt leaks after shutdown for 5 ~ 10min, when the oil flows into the oil pan, then check the oil level is in the "L-H" tag.
